 These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the Baezerkingedinburg.com website and the Baezer King Furniture Edinburg mobile app (collectively, the “Site”).  Baezer King Furniture reserves the right to change 

and amend these terms and conditions without notice. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions and shall be unable to proceed with your purchase until you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

No refunds or cancellations by any reasons. All sales are final.

Deliveries may vary in time.

Warranty depends 100% in providers.

Any accident or damages must be reported within 72 hours after delivery.

Invoice indicates what's being purchased.

Any balance due must be paid before delivery.

If the client cancels the special order by emergency, there's a 20% fee of the total amount which will be charge your credit card the delivery fees. You will receive an email confirming cancellation of your order. 

Furniture may be taken out of floor models.

Once a customer sees the merchandise, he/she has the responsibility to check for any damages or scratches. The customer knows how financing works.
